Refunds/Returns/Exchange
Fight World Toowoomba endeavours to always provide quality equipment and service.
If you have found a fault with your items on their arrival you must contact us by the end of the next business day.
This can be done either by calling 07 46 37 9621 or emailing: sales@fightworlddowns.com.au
Refunds will only be considered in the event of the same or similar item not be available for exchange.
In all other events we will exchange the item in question.
We will contact the buyer with transport details for the item/s in question.
Undue wear and tear or using equipment for what it is not designed for may be cause for no exchange or refund.
